Halloween is not a happy holy day

Stop with the "happy Halloween".
There is nothing happy about ghouls, witches and scaring kids.
The event used to be a 3 day vigil remembering the dead saints. Hallows = dead saints
Similar to day of the dead.
The date was swiped from Celtic pagan celebration local to brits.
Hence the witches.

What would be the correct greeting then? "Holy" or not, should it be a mandate that the last day of October be set aside as a day of misery and abject sadness? There are hundreds of other "not holy" days on the calendar. Should we wallow in unhappiness for those days also?
