LA Elementary school teacher accused of being intoxicated & having wine in classroom

We had a coach in Jr high that used to keep a bottle of whiskey in his desk. A student pinched him on st Patty's day for not wearing green, and the coach slammed him up against the wall and choked him afterwards. This man later became the principal, lol.
