This kid isn't going to LSU. It's over, a done deal. He is all Sabama. And I guarantee his brother will not get a full ride to Sabama. He just stringing LSU along for a ride keeping some home state attention on himself as long as he can. Can we all please move on to some other players.
If he's wanting us to offer his brother, his own individual interest isn't that high.
We saw this with Nkdemiche to Clemson and many others. If they are really interested, they will come. If not, they will try to parlay it into a deal.

Sopsher’s recruitment.....a damm Bama trap. We have seen this play run against us before.

Exactly! If his brother was that important to him, he'd of committed the second O offered his brother. I honestly believe Saban has a full-time hypnotist that uses his craft on these kids when they go for a visit. LMAO Alabama isn't USC or UCLA of Fla St. or Miami. I mean, it's not exactly a resort area. So how has he attracted players from all over the US? He was getting these kids before he won his first NC at bama. Saban has studied sports psychology, and there's got to be more than just the money. Why would a kid pass up an opportunity to see a top 5 match-up to go see bama blow out another opponent? That has nothing to do with money, there's something else going on there.

Yea, that's why I mentioned it so nobody will start another Ishmeal Sopsher thread.

They need to bring in the Guard from country day and sit him right next to Ish at the Alabama game for the recruiting visit.

We've bent over backwards giving he and his family everything they want, so at this point if he decides to go elsewhere, he can eat shite.
That's the boat I'm in as well. He's a great player and I hope he's part of this class but I won't lose much sleep over him going elsewhere. I see a good college player but I don't see NFL anywhere in his future unless his mindset changes.

I barely even follow recruiting anymore and I’m sick of this kid.

There truly is something to this. Persuasion or hypnosis (not in the sense that you turn someone into a walking zombie) is a real and learned skill set. There are many books written on the subject. During the off season O should read Robert B. Cialdini books on the subject if he hasn't already. Cialdini is paid thousands and thousands of dollars to advise companies, politicians and business people. Maybe LSU should consider bringing him in and teaching O and crew a few persuasion skills. The basics will probably work on recruits at their current education level.
