I don’t know why but after a cigar and a few bourbons, their infomercial really spoke to me.

Anyone have a Gotham steel frying pan?

My cousin used one to do a high heat reverse sear ribeye and the thing exploded sending shrapnel through his right eye socket killing him instantly.

I'm pretty sure they work for a while but the nonstick shite eventually goes away or whatever with use

The nonstick wears out pretty quick. Get the copper chef pans instead.

That non-stick coating wears off and gets in your food. It gets inside you and works down to your butt-hole and you don't need to use toilet paper anymore because nothing sticks to it.

For about 4-6 months. Then shite starts sticking like the other pans in the cabinet.

All of these non-stick pans work really well, at first.

To make them last, you have to follow a few guidelines:

1. Don't use sprays like Pam. Only use oils

2. Cook on as low as heat as you can. Medium tops.

3. Hand wash. Don't use dishwasher.

Sounds like a feature they should advertise. Would make it more appealing to people like me that are always in a hurry.

Also use plastic spoons or spatulas as metal ones scratch off the coating
