if a founding member of the SEC stepped away, not just the most successful CFB program over the past 2 decades but a CURRENT top 5 team, our demands wouldn't even matter, the answer would be "yes". the B1G would kill to get a foothold in the south, it would be a shot across the bow like we've never seen.
EDIT: ftr, Im not saying we should leave, I dont want to, but we need to stand up for ourselves, the SEC treats us as if were nothing but fodder for bama. frick them, frick that, if we need to burn these c.unts to the ground and walk away real cool like The Rock while it blows up behind us, then so be it. but things need to change, and they need to change right now.

Suppose this exact same thing happened to Notre Dame.
Do they agree to abide by the "official review" of the conference their opponent belongs to?
If they look at the tape themselves after the fact and decide the wrong call was made, do they tell everyone to pound sand and start the player the next game?

No indeed. LSU is not leaving the SEC and only people with quitter mindsets think that crap. shite happens. It was a bad call. Cant be appealed. Quit crying over shite that cant be changed.

Anyone calling for that is a dumbass . Period. Best conference , with the most weight in terms of SOS, as well as the best venues to tailgate.

No I do not want to leave the SEC. I understand people being frustrated, but leaving the SEC is not a legit answer. Every conference has their baby. Big 12 has Texas. Big 10 has Ohio State and Michigan. ACC has Clemson and Florida State. SEC has Florida and Alabama. If we go to another conference, the bias will continue.
Some people suggested creating another conference, but frick if I know how that shite would even play out.
What I do know is that going to another conference or going independent is a dumb idea.

I disagree, LSU would greatly benefit from going to the big 12, i don't see the big ten, but I could see the benefits from the 12. No more Alabama, just Texas, and Oklahoma, clearly even minded people, see Texas A&M. Wouldn't have to play Florida, Alabama, Miss State, and Ole miss ever again. probably win 9-10 games every year, yep should be perfect for the Bayou Bengal tigers.

LSU would survive just fine with out the SEC. Strength of schedule doesn’t really matter if you win all of your games.
