Nope,

Mathew was written 50 years after death.
Mark= 55 years.
Luke= 63 years.
John= 90 years.

Of course they were gathering information years and decades before their books were written.

Information about Jesus in Islam’s Koran was written 600 years after Jesus’s death.

Wouldn't matter what he did.... people with no faith would say it was a "David Copperfield" illusion. People with faith would believe. Times have changed, man hasn't.

What if when Jesus returns, he does so in same type of way last time.... not in any spectacular fashion. Many would miss him again.

Never came close to saying or implying that. Without including myself in their numbers, there are, and have been a lot of really smart, well educated, and thoughtful people who've embraced historical, biblical Christianity.

You ever give any thought to why Christianity gets under your skin?

It has no impact on what you believe or disbelieve or how you live your life.

The fact that some humans believe this garbage is the best evidence that we are talking monkeys.

It seems to me the exact opposite is true.

The "garbage" I believe shouldn't engender hostility or rudeness on your part.

Christianity has no impact on what you're free to believe or disbelieve or how you choose to steer your way through the shoals of life.

If I believe fairy tale "garbage", what's your beef? It should only be a concern to you if Jesus was really crucified, really died, and really did rise from his tomb.

None. He’s already accomplished the greatest miracle of all time. He died for our sins and rose again

The Gospel according to John was probably the latest dated Gospel, but it was still written by the apostle John who was an eyewitness.

Not sure if the 100 years refers to the death of John the Apostle or Jesus.

Either way, you're incorrect.

You'll have to dig into this on your own. LINK

But the essential facts are these:
1. John's gospel was the last of the gospels to be written.

2. The Tubingen School urgently wanted to ascribe a late date (175 AD) for John's gospel and it is their lingering but dated and erroneous conclusions you are citing.

3. External evidence showing fragments of John's gospel in Christian documents around the Mediterranean and in Egypt dramatically lower 175 AD down to 100-125 AD. Internal elements of the gospel like things the author knew, should have known or couldn't have known and his using early Christian terms not used in later years push the probable date prior to 70 AD when Jerusalem was destroyed by Rome.

In short John's gospel can be reliably dated as early as 65-66 AD to as late as 93 AD. Keep in mind, it was written last .

This would mean that John's gospel is an eyewitness account of Jesus written between 32 and 60 years after the resurrection of Jesus Christ assuming Jesus was crucified in 33 AD.

Since he was crucified 2000 yrs ago, just showing up should convince most.

FTR I'm already convinced of his divinity so he doesn't need to show me anything.

If you’re an atheist in the Deep South Christianity certainly does have an impact on how you live your life. If you are open about your atheism it will limit your dating / marriage options and could easily affect your professional life, especially if it’s high profile.

I second this.

If He can give a layman's explanation for how the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost are all aspects of the same being but also their own beings, that'd be a good start.

Then we can move on to how meaningful of a sacrifice it is to temporarily kill the mortal aspect of yourself that also remains part of your self so it never actually died, and what that has to do with 14 year old kids masturbating.

Also, it wouldn't prove anything but I'd just have to ask - when Jesus died, did he truly go to Hell and take all the Jews and unbaptised children that had been locked down there with him to Heaven?
