That’s whats so discouraging. So, we’re getting beat on counter bc our defenders are playing up...but we are still generating almost 0 offense. We can barely string together more than 3 passes in the midfield. Poor showing here.

They kind of overloaded that side and we haven't made much of an adjustment to it.

The second half has been a mixed bag of encouragement and let down. Sub management was botched with that third goal.

We have had good offensive runs and chances, but that means nothing if you can’t defend on the counter. What is upsetting is that half of their goals came from a veteran being incessantly lazy in defense.

I really hope when we play games like this on US soil a generation from now, the crowd isn’t 90% supportive of our opponents.

It’s up to US Soccer to make that happen or we’ll continue to be the visiting team in our own country whenever we’re playing teams that aren’t CONCACAF minnows. People will support a winning team if we become consistently good over time.
