I literally don’t care what anyone says on this subject:

Sargent needs to be on the field every single match for us.

I can’t wait to see Sargent become a star.

How do you think I feel watching Bremen?

He just needs some first team reps before he becomes a starter for the US. His chemistry with Weah is so good too.

That turn was so good. Picault should have finished that.

Man, they keep torching the left side of our defense, just like Brazil did.

We have to get that figured out. Robinson has talent, but he needs to improve to be more reliable.

If we can ever get Weah/Pulisic/McKennie/Adams/Sargent on the same field we will be in offensive business. Someone said that in here earlier but that will be pants off time.

I want to see Novakovich/Sargent next game.

One start and one come in at 60'.

Don't care the order.

I hope George Bello from Atlanta develops into a great player on the left side. Could end up being a great winger or left back. We were badly lacking there today, and Colombia kept attacking that weakness.

I want to see both at the same time with Weah/Green/Saief similar to tonight. See how they work together because they clearly both hustle and are wonderful on the ball. Bobby is good on the ball but terrible in almost every other facet of his game including effort.

These games keep giving me the feeling that we are so close, but so far away at the same time.

I don't think we can afford to play with only 2 CMs, unless you plan to switch to a 3-5-2.

Let me clear it up for you...

Offensively: Close

Defensively: So far away

Serious question, why is Bradley still captain? We went around on his call up the other day and I can get it, but why should he even touch the armband after the WC failure?

And don't give the leadership excuse because his clearly didn't work and there are other vets who started tonight.

Wouldn’t be opposed, but I see that Sargent has the ability to play underneath a hold-up striker as more of an attacking mid. He moves and pressures well, creates space, and makes intelligent runs. It’s worth a shot as far as evaluating talent and putting players in position to succeed.

Multiple coaches have kept him as captain, so he obviously offers something that other players in the pool don't.

Are we still blaming our failure to qualify on one player?

Who else should have worn it? Wood, Brooks, and Yedlin don't scream "captain".

Isn't that part of being a captain? But more than anything it should be about moving forward and distancing ourselves from failure.

This is by far the worst the defense has looked, but I have to keep telling myself that these guys have to play together to be better. Their communication and knowing where the other guys are going to be is really poor right now.

What does? Dempsey was obviously someone who didn't (and was pretty vocal about not wanting it) yet he did it.

"Bradley just watching in a jog like nobody else would make a run. He was in much better position to run with Falcao."

Can someone make a gif a Bradley getting out ran by the CR on that goal.
