You’re comparing the “finished product” astros to the rookie filled braves. We’ll see over the next few years who emerges.

Even then, I couldn’t give a frick less whether we could fill our that comparison list or not. Just win.

I said the 15' stros. Morton, Bregman, Verlander, Cole, Osuna, Pressly, gurriel, Reddick, marisnick didn't exist on that team.

Right that is exactly what I meant. '15 stros. But Les wants to nitpick as usual.

Could you project free agent signings and trades?

Correa—Bregman —Altuve—Springer are home grown, no moves were made there.

Braves a pitching heavy in the minors. They will need to make some moves for sure because they don’t have those type of guys waiting. The blueprint says develop hitting, buy pitching. They are flip flopping that.

They pretty much have 2 lineup pieces set in stone in Freeman & Acuna, they rest are placeholders. Carmago & Swanson are good secondary pieces on a championship caliber team. They have a lot of holes to fill to be the Astros, all I’m saying.

You know for a fan of losing franchise like the Cubs, whose nickname is literally the lovable LOSERS, you sure talk a lot of shite

The Braves may have sucked these past 5 seasons, only because of a complete rebuild of the franchise, but we are not known as losers. We have a good super young team who has over achieved this year. And just won their first playoff game in a brand new stadium against a stacked defending NL champion squad.

We’ve seen several good ball clubs in our lifetime. You have seen very few.

So enjoy these playoffs from the comfort of your couch like everybody on the Chicago Cubs. Y’all should be used to it. We may lose tomorrow but it’s been a hell of a ride this season. And our team hasn’t disappointed. In fact they’ve overachieved tenfold. However, for that bandwagon ball club up north this season was an absolute bust

See you tomorrow night!

In 102 games from June 1- end of season he hit 251/293/402

I’m not sure what he is yet but he doesn’t deserve to be considered a cornerstone at this point. Jury is out still

I’m not talking shite. This is a legitimate discussion. I think the Braves have pieces but they are set up much differently than the Astros

He isn't or at least is not supposed to be. He's probably thinking so because he's shittalked about him when he's gone at it with Braves fans about him and Baez.

Definitely struggled bad in the second half though. You can actually make a great argument that Acuna exploding helped finish the deal on the Braves going back to the postseason this year, as the main men on offense in the first half either were bad (Albies/Markakis) or not up to their normal par (Freddie). If he doesn't explode I don't know where the Braves are.

Anyway the only other thing I have is comps aren't supposed to be exact.
