If Kav doesn't get confirmed, will the Dems still pursue the allegations?

Seems like the Dems would have to move to get him removed from the bench in order to prove they believe he actually did assault Ford.

The endgame here is to get Kav to withdrawn. If he doesn't get confirmed, all requests for an investigation will immediately go away. Ford will elevated to Hero status by the Left.

Dont you get it? That's part of their playbook too, not only
will an investigation drag things out longer, they probably have some deep state
sympathizers at the FBI who would "find" some evidence that corroborates
something from her testimony. The left is beyond all in at this point-- I have no
doubt in my mind the lengths they will go at this point to further their cause leave nothing
On the table.
