Nope! The school had no legal grounds at all to suspend the kid for something that may or may not have happened on school property. They did have the obligation to report the allegation to law enforcement and that's it.

Seems to me all this could have been avoided if the parents had their child avoid any other child whose parents were Democrats.
Heck, let's go further. Let's segregate schools by political affiliation. No way I'd want my child to be friends with these girls, nor would I have anything to do with the parents.

Should lock up the accusers. I believe people who claim false rape or assault should get double the penalty of the crime they accuse.
