Several dealers are doing these now. Like the look to a point, but wouldn't buy.

Would buy but only if they spell Silverado correctly.

If they made one exactly like the original, but with nowaday engineering I'd buy it in a heart beat. I loved that body style.

That looks good for the 2014 - 15, not the 16-18 pictured.

I like it. Not really my first choice of color but I like the idea.

I agree it looks better on the 14-15.
I might go for the white sides but keep the 20's.

Google spellcheck doesn't like America, so it didn't save me.

Even the Fords in the early '70's with that body scheme were nice, especially with that, what was it, 390?

That could be tbe ugliest thing I've ever seen.

All jokes aside, I kind of miss some of the old paint schemes. The new bodies don't always lend themselves to the old two tone patterns. I recall you could do three on a Ford: lower bottom similar to today but around the wheel arch; middle for the accent like the truck above (usually white or silver); and then the custom two tone with the upper surfaces and lower bottom as the accent color with the main body color in the middle.

Clearly you’ve never seen OPs mom.
Or his English grades.
