Heard this on the radio, and this is just a theory.
The notes from her therapist were from 2012. Mitt Romney was the Presidential candidate in 2012 and doing ok until he blew it in the last debate. He had a list of potential SC justices as well, and Kavanaugh was on it.
The theory is that they started priming the pump for this way back in 2012 but Obama won.
