A square of St Aug is 16”x24” and cost $2. That’s $1 per linear foot. Assuming the ditch to bury the wires isn’t wider than 16”, $2000 is over a 1/3 of a mile of grass coverage for your ditch. Assuming you front yard and back yard are the same size and the lot is square, your house sits on over 350 acres.

frick off, I paid 3500 for sodding a small back yard and irrigation, in California. An area fluid with skilled sod craftsmen... in case you're missing the innuendo I mean Mexicans. Your pricing is off for install, leveling

Should be less than 200 for 450sqft installed.

I would guess closer to 175, but depends on the full scale of the job.

Its probably direct burial cable so it doesnt even go in a pipe.

Dude probably had a spade out there and this old whitey flipped his shite for no reason.

OP has provably never held a shovel before.

I doubt it. For all of his shortcomings, Rag didn't post like he was stroking out.

I have irrigation in the yard. You dont let anybody start digging through without locating the lines first. I used to dig ditches for a living and could hand dig your grave.

It is not surprising ditch digging is on your resume.

They don't actually have to dig up sod. They cut a thin line and lay the wire. Try again.
