Told people to buy, hold, buy the dips, things are going to take off, etc, and just decided to drop “I can’t say anything else” as if you are an insider

I believe one of your posts on IH also mentions you holding restricted shares

I’ve read the entire thread. I don’t see any info on IH that says today was going to be a clusterfrick no matter what happened. I see a bunch of people excited about revenues, and then a bunch of people bitching

ETA: please tell me what post on IH has any info about why today was going to be bad

I’m done. You don’t like the company, then sell.

This doesn’t help you out at all BTW

People are going to regret dumping today. There are reasons for what is happening today that are not what people think.

When most of the wealth creation is solely by printing more stock and not taking in cash by selling actual product, I see absolutely no reason why you’d want to drive your own stock down. Bill paid himself in 40,000,000 shares in December. Bankruptcy doesn’t help shareholders.

They straight up said they need to sell more shares to raise money to stay afloat. If the price drops, you gotta sell even more shares to get the cash you need.

Zero reason to drive the price down.

I guess the filing (which precipitated today’s massive loss) was just a mandatory OTC filing requirement to remain listed and not in hopes for an up-list thats been suggested before. Guessing LVVV was gritting their teeth when they hit the send button on that doozy. Also, the spelling errors were disappointing.

This just simply isn't true. Yes, I'm disappointed in first quarter revenue. But look at things objectively - they didn't receive their state cultivation license until Dec. 31. They began filling the first pod immediately, but only started putting a sales team together in early January. Could this have been done already? Possibly, but no one could predict when they would actually receive that cultivation license. The first report of sales wasn't until Feb. 6th - which is only around 7 weeks before the end of the 1st quarter.

While they received their state distribution license around the end of October, I think it wasn't until December that they had all of the tax licenses necessary. They announced signing two new guys to head distribution on March 20, right before the end of the quarter. In April (2nd quarter) they announced multiple new distribution deals signed.

Likewise, they didn't announce dropping the 2 new pods until March 26. Why would they expand square footage at Coachella if the business wasn't growing? They also didn't receive the SLO permit for the Paso Robles location until the 3rd week of January. They are still awaiting the state cultivation license there that will allow them to operate the new 25,000 sq. ft. nursery.

How do you ramp up from $47,000 to $470,000 overnight.

You don't overnight, but you can from one quarter to the next. They already added 2 more pods (in addition to expanding the distribution business). A pod at full capacity can crank out 16,000 clones in 3-4 weeks at $10 each or more. A pod is around 320 sq. ft. - during the next quarter or two they should be opening the new nursery that will have around 10,000 sq. ft. of dedicated growing space.

Would it have been nice for them to be operating all pods AND selling at full capacity from day one? Sure. But with the timeline I've laid out above it wasn't realistic.

There should be major increases in revenue during the second quarter. If not, I'll be the first to say that Bill dropped the ball.

ETA: How many here have actually opened the doors to a new business and sold everything off the shelves in the first quarter? Is it really unreasonable to expect it to take a while to build up a customer base, since they weren't legally growing until Jan. 1?

Seriously, if anyone followed this thread and truly believes the above statement, given that Q1 consisted of just the initial pod, why would you even invest in this in the first place? It's very clear what progress has been made and what is upcoming. Why would you invest if you thought that initial sales in the first 3 months of starting growth in 1 pod was the full capacity of the operation?

If they were, the 1st quarter might have been a lot less shitty.

Either they will start making money next quarter or they will go bankrupt imo. All these people accepting stocks as payment may have well been given monopoly money and we are all suckers.

So in your 16000 number - where are the mom plants being kept just out of curiosity?

Of the 47k - how much was from the nursery? Trying to determine if they sold the equivalent of 1/5th of a pod (which turns in 3 to 4 weeks) or less than that.

Any reason with their coming mega sales this quarter they shut their sales website down (over a week now). So many sales - no need to sell anymore? Lol.

Already discussed in this thread. They own another greenhouse at another location that they lease to a non-profit, and they have mother plants there.
