Good luck! Haven’t found anything yet that was cost effective....

Don’t expect to go from no service to 4 bars, we added one at our place in Saline. Cheapo pipeliner rig. It will get you one bar and able to text though in an emergency. We had no service before.

We have one at work made by Wilson. I think they've been bought out.
It works but you have to read the directions and do some research on where your signal comes from. There are some free apps that can give you a direction in which to point your antenna.
Ours works. It's given me the ability to get texts and phone calls out.

I just installed one in our house several weeks ago. We went from one bar to three. Hiboost is the brand. Was ~$400.

Weboost, went from barely having 3g service and dropping calls to 4 bars LTE, cost $400 (I got on sale for 300) like previously stated , it takes some time to install correctly, have to find direction of nearest tower , point the outside antenna in that direction, then wire the antenna to the indoor receiver making sure they are at least 20 feet apart and even better if they have a 10 foot elevation difference
But you have to have some signal to begin with
The weboost is not carrier specific and you do not have to log on, has made a huge improvement for us

You have to have some signal to work with, the wilsons work pretty well.
You can also check with your provider. Tmobile has 2 different boosters depending on how bad it is.

Weboost bought wilson. There is directions on their website on how to locate the nearest cell tower. You'll want to point their antenna at it. But, again, if you have no service outside at your camp then it won't do any good.

I use Zboost. Fair results. When I bought there were 3 sizes. Chose the middle one. Should have got the biggest one

Used to use a Wilson product and it worked well. No longer have that lease.

Are you talking for like around your actual camp house or like on the deer stand?
I would use Wi Fi calling and get wi fi service if you are talking about at the camp house. WAAAYYY better option than using a cell signal booster IMO.
Now if you are talking about away from the camp house, different story.

I am betting that he does not have wifi, and the cell booster (the ones I know of anyway ...weboost) would do no good on the stand, unless you had power to the stand and then would only be good for that stand, most of the boosters only have a few thousand feet of service....great for the camp itself, not so much for the woods around it

Don’t want to pay the extra for direct tv WiFi. Need it for camp house.
