Your Schools College Football investment is in the people you recruit and in the coaches who coach and manages them.
They can be the best College Football Players who ever played the game but if they are not managed correctly as a unit, they will not succeed.
Management is just about everything to a good talented College Football Player. So the question is, "who does these College Football Plays have to coach them and is LSU Head College Football Coach Ed Orgeron up to the task of winning another SEC football Championship for LSU?"

LSU's Ed Orgeron needs to get his offensive coordinator, QB decisions right Hugh
Kellenberger, Mississippi Clarion-Ledger
ATLANTA — Ed Orgeron made a mistake.
Whether or not he is right on how he fixed it may ultimately determine whether or not the craziest hire of the 2016 coaching carousel actually works out for LSU.
After one year as the permanent head coach of the Tigers, Orgeron ditched offensive coordinator Matt Canada for in-house option Steve Ensminger. And Orgeron dug into the transfer ranks to bring in Joe Burrow from Ohio State.

Another? Makes it sound as if HE already won one.

No, no he's not. And what the frick do you mean "winning another SEC Championship?"
You have to win one to be able to win "another", and o hasn't even been close to winning one.
Another "quality" thread by Thomas Williams.

We’re not in the business of winning championships anymore.

No he is not.
And the time to find out will be toxic for LSU FB.

“People talk about winning championships, and it’s really not always about winning championships,” Alleva said. “It’s about being in the hunt to win championships, and coach (Miles) has shown that he’s consistently in the hunt to win championships and educate our young men and make them good citizens, and that’s really what this is all about.”

That philosophy is taking LSU to the bottom of the SEC imo

While he is not in the business of winning conference championships, he IS in the business of shrimping, making gumbo, beating drums, drinking redbull and ripping his shirt off. That's just as good, right?

quote:just an awful quote. Well, it's good in that it sums up the ineptitude that is Joe Alleva.

You just felt like swoopin in here on TD and droppin that month old turd in the punch bowl. GFY
And I hope you cry in your beer all year long... and I am not even a CEO supporter. I am just sick of hearing the tiddie babies cry and whine.
