Early reactions:

Tyrod Taylor seems like a pretty decent, hard working dude.

Mayfield is exactly what we thought, semi cocky rookie who just signed a 30+ million dollar deal.

BIGGEST TAKEAWAY

Wanna know why 70 percent of pro athletes go broke... It took Carl Nassib explaining the fricking basic principle of interest to a room full of millionaires because they had no idea what it was!!!!!

Not fricking sub prime mortgages, not fricking capital gains taxes... But basic interest.

It was simply unbelievable.

I want to give Baker a shot, but damn he’s a cocky SOB. He just has that smug “I want to punch his face in” walk

Yep... And we've all met that guy before... And we all hated him and called him a douchebag. Mayfield is not going to win over any new fans.

OH.. And Gregg Williams is still possibly the biggest a-hole in the sport. He makes Todd Haley look like Ghandi.

BIGGEST TAKEAWAY

Hue Jackson is too soft to make this team into something. Unless he gets out of his assistant’s ways.

Not even making them dress out for minor injuries and participate in walk throughs? “It’s a liability” my arse.

I was thinking the same thing. He’s really likeable but doesn’t have that “it” factor that you get from a Parcells or Belichick.

First time I’ve ever heard someone say Belicheck has an it factor

The way Hue was telling Haley basically my way or the highway was aggravating to watch. Dudes won one game in the last two years, he should probably take some suggestions from his staff.

He certainly doesn't demand respect like Parcells or Belichick. Thanks to this show, it's become pretty clear why the Browns haven't been successful with him as HC.

Williams and Haley have twice the balls as Jckson and would both run a mcuh tighter ship. I love Williams tells it like it is no middle ground with him

Not to get too off subject and just as a note because I had an awful day with interest today..... interest can be pretty complicated. You can have positive, negative, factored, with dozens of accrual rates, etc.

Greg Williams is the absolute worst. When they did hard knocks with the rams him and Fischer made it almost unbearable. Now you got Jackson and William's which might even be worse.

I feel bad for Jackson bc of his brother and mom but in one episode you see part of the reason the browns stuck and why he doesn't need to be a head coach.

He has two assistants tell him that things need to be different, maybe a little more strict, basically "you're 1-31 as a coach here, you need to do things differently." He immediately dismisses it and tells them we do things my way, it's not up for debate.

It's like the guy doesn't realize how bad they've been and maybe, just maybe, he might need to make some changes. I mean Landry freaking lit into them for the things the coach is too scared to do.

Where is the straight %10 interest he's talking about too? Jesus a 5 year CD at my back is like %3. And it's got a 25k deposit cap.

I dont know of any places that let you dump a million in there and draw %10 annually on it. Maybe I'm wrong though.

Easier math to understand. He's teaching guys that likely didn't know what interest is in the first place.
