I went to Costco this past weekend to see what kind of prices they had on protein, and nothing really jumped out to me except the optimum nutrition. I've had good experiences with it in the past and it tasted great, but I didn't buy it because reading recent reviews on amazon before going to costco turned me away... complaints of a metallic taste and saying the mixing has gotten harder and harder over the years.

Anyone with recent experiences? The prices seemed pretty decent and I love the 30g of protein per scoop.

who cares about mixing. Put scoop in a shoot of water and slam it. it doesn't good enough to sip and enjoy.

I use it. Never had an issue with mixing, taste is fine. ON is my go to for protein powder.

Just to be clear, you are talking about their Gold Standard whey product correct?

They also sell the whey isolate as well.

The Gold Standard goes on sale every couple of months at Costco . I typically buy it then and stock up. There is no difference between this product from Costco and any other retailer except it comes in a bag instead of a jug .
