ETA - Actually, Smith's attorney says he wasn't arrested for the trespassing and he pleaded not guilty to the charge.

If they didn't, and the rest of that is true, he's probably looking at nothing more than a slap on the wrist - something like the 3-4 game suspension.

A legal analyst is in ESPN now and he says he doesn’t think anything can be pinned on Urban at all
To start, he said it isn’t a title ix issue. So slackster took his testicles to the face there
He also said Urban Meyer likely can argue the specific policy of reporting allegations would not have taken effect until April of 2018 when Urban signed his extension
