He was good because he is legitimately crazy and you never knew what was going to come out of his mouth.

He was a great promo. He wasn't in the league of Savage, Rock, Stone Cold, and Flair though.

One thing that even took away from his mic work was the sheer amount of botches that he had. I mean hell I don't care if you are a fricking mat technician if you can talk but Jesus at least complete the moves that you go for.

I'll say this I believe if the Steiner's would have stayed in the WWF and did their single's runs there....Scott would have been right on top with Stone Cold, The Rock, and Undertaker during the attitude era. He waould have been a bigger star if he would have done that than what he actually became....but hindsight is 20/20 because at the time they left WWF to go back to WCW/NWA the WWF was struggling mightily and no one knew what was going to happen with the steroid trial.

He had a few good lines, but not one of the greats.

I've never heard Jay Lethal or Bruce Pritchard do a Big Poppa Pump impression so....

Jericho has to be up there.

The various lists like the list of moves and the wrestler’s he’s beaten we’re great, especially when he would repeat “armbar” every third move or use every gimmick a wrestler ever had against them.

Ex - He best Kevin Nash, Vinnie Vegas, Oz, Diesel...

Scott wouldn’t have lasted in the WWE in the wake of the steroid trial.

They were tossing all the roided up bodybuilders like Hercules, Barbarian, etc, and Scott was in the transition from being practically a cruiserweight to looking like Superstar Billy Graham returned.

Jumping from promotion to promotion helped obscure exactly how much muscle mass he was putting on.

Nobody was better than The Rock. Ric Flair, Jon Cena, Randy Savage and Steve Austin were all better than that loser.

Chris Jericho laughs at your list. GOAT. And he scripts his own promos. Something many of the stars aren't allowed to do.

The steiners were in the Wwe in 92/93 that’s when the roid trial was taking place

Scott was smaller, more agile, and could work back then.

Rick was ripped up in the 80’s

I guess shoneys isn’t making Scott enough money bc he still wrestles

Oh well at least he isn’t an escort like buff bagwell

Not even the best Scott. I’d take Scott Hall over him.
