How are you claiming this program is being run better than when Saban was here?
He had like 5 future HCs on staff. We were crushing recruiting. He basically built the program from scratch.
He more than doubled our win total in year 1.

Any coach, including O, will tell you that you have to have strong leaders among your players to have a well disciplined team. Guys like Devin White set the bar very high for the rest of the players, when the best player on the team is also the hardest workers it brings the whole team up
