It’s understandable why young girls/moms and grandmoms to be would want to do this. I am fine with it - as long as its done in the company of other women and gay men.
What I cannot figure out is why any “man” would agree to be a part of this stupidity.
We are failing our boys by allowing society to feminize them. First the gender reveal party and eventually they won’t even know what kind and why their car may be leaking fluid.

Gender reveals are stupid, and I really do want to know how they got so popular. It's completely pointless.
I sure hope my fiance never wants to do anything like this. Sure I'll attend but don't expect me to pay for anything.

Dude it's the women. Men are only there because their pregnant hormonal wife/gf wants them to be there--it's easier to just go than argue against it and have a pissed off woman on your hands for the next few weeks.

I totally agree. I don't attend a lot of events that are now considered co-ed, like bridal showers, baby showers, these reveal parties, no kids birthday parties other than CLOSE, immediate family, not some friend or cousin's kid I've not seen in a year.
