Even with redactions there is NO DOUBT at this point the fake Steele Dossier was used to get this FISA Warrant.

All this and Carter Page walks around freely. No indictment, no plea deal...zip, nothing. He was an excuse to surveil the Trump campaign. Once they got access to his stuff they were able to access the rest. He was no longer needed.
