Yeah starting to be in this camp. Especially if caught on video or "x" amount of witnesses. Lets start there, and see how it goes. To cover the lawyer requirement... lawyer sees the video, and he needs to instantly prove it wasnt the criminal. Not with stupid "technicalites" that makes no common sense.

Gun reform advocates eh. Sounds like they should have been gun rights advocates and been packing at the store. Criminals don't follow gun laws. Shame it took getting shot for that moment of clarity to sink in.
