It’s not cheese sauce but Alfredo Sauce and it’s not prettty so you can take credit for it.

Leftover roast, Creole tomatoes, loaded cauli mash.

The roast is stuffed with Serrano peppers, which is what my mother always used. I've been using jalapenos for a long time (not sure why I changed), but decided to use these. Wow. I didn't realize it would make such a difference in the flavor of the roast, but it brought me back to Mom's roast.

Why did I ever stop using them? Serranos from now on!

Great job Tino. Looks wonderful. I’m having The baconator combo from Wendy’s and a spicy chicken sandwich from Chick-fil-A

Baked pasta and meat sauce stuff

A new recipe using ground beef, pepperoni, olive oil, red and green peppers, onion, mushrooms, garlic, fresh tomatoes, oregano and other spices, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, with scraps of leftover pasta from the pantry.
