Felony hate crime charges for man who berated woman wearing Puerto Rican shirt

Yet no hate crime charges against the black woman who assaulted a 92 year old Mexican man and told him to "go back to his country".

Felony hate crimes for simply telling her she’s a dumb arse in a voice loud enough for everyone to hear? So is this the way the new world works? No dissenting opinions? Make it a felony to be an a-hole? Try to legislate that everyone get along and love each other? Got some news for you, the only groups of human beings that have EVER gotten along with each, in the long arse history of human beings, are the smaller homogenous groups.
