lol maybe if mike trout retires mid-season

bregman is turning into the astros best player. if not now, very soon. his plate discipline to go along with his ability to hit for power, plus elite defense. he's stupid good.

bregman has been better than correa this season and it isn't close.

as for altuve, he's definitely still regarded as their best player. but with his power numbers down, you can certainly make the case that bregman has been their best player this year.

shite, bregman has a higher OPS than altuve, and he's a better defender. if you've got a case for why bregman isn't their best player, i'd love to hear it.

He’s more deserving of huge money than Bryce Harper

Correa hasn't been great by a long shot this year.

Not really but even still Bryce has 6 years of Service Time compared to Bregs two years.

Bregman still has a good bit of time until that huge free agency check comes

hold right there...
Correa is a +++ defensive player at short - a far superior arm and the ability to get balls that nobody else can.

As far as hitting, check out his rbi total despite missing the number of games he has 11 less than Bregman despite missing 80 abs. His HR total is only 5 behind with 80 less abs. .

That had to have been one of the most bizarre walk off/ending to a game I have ever seen

Here is the walk off. Second time this season he’s hit it about five feet from home for a walk off
