Local Hero Wayne Higgins to Remain in Jail !

Notorious Tulane Fan and LSU-hater Wayne Higgins will have to wait for two weeks for his hearing WRT whether he must remain in jail or post bond for the charge of Second Degree Murder of Big Lee Martin, LSU Super Fan.
The reason for not posting bond already is because the Higgins house on Bonnabel is not worth as much as Higgins thought it was worth. WTF? Isn't that Old Metairie???

fck that guy. he was a piece of shite person, but Big Lee didn't deserve to die like that

I imagine living next to much maligned neighbor whose house looks like a 24/7 LSU Christmas Parade might hurt the property value...

His proximity to I-10 really messes with the value of the house I bet. If you can hear tires, take 5% off. If you can see tires, take 15% off.

Good keep him there. Wouldn’t want him killing another human when his temper is uncontrollable again.

If he did post bond, I doubt any of his neighbors would spray water into his truck

Can you guarantee nothing else would rage him?
He pulled out a gun and murdered a human being, on a busy street, in broad daylight, because he couldn’t control his anger.
He’s going to get a life sentence, and there’s no reason he should be walking the streets waiting for that sentence.

Did you read the article?
quote:
Attorney Roger Jordan said the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office told his client’s family that the property, which has an appraised value of more than $600,000, could only be valued for purposes of a bond at its assessed value, which is $240,000.

Yea some people were really talking out of their arse.
I just closed on a house in OM and have been house shopping for the better part of a year in OM and surrounding areas.
Those houses are worth maybe 225 max. people were arguing they could list for 275 and sell that day.
