I’ve been getting the vibe that sophser isn’t coming to LSU. Just seems like we hear so little about him being involved with LSU. I could and hope I and completely wrong about that. Just weird that you would see stuff on stingley and Kardell every day but never much in sophser.

I think Davis, Thomas and Cain are pretty good friends that's why those guys are pushing for Cain so hard. I don't think it has anything to do with the staff's preference between Cain and Emery.

Honestly, I prepared myself from the beginning not to be surprised if Sopsher chooses Bama over us. The Amite-Bama pipeline has reached almost mythical status so if Sopsher chooses the good guys I will be pleasantly surprised.

This is how everyone should look at it. Amite is a Bama stronghold at the moment. Might as well be west Alabama.

Where were you this past weekend when he and his whole family were at LSU?

He followed that up by saying "I talked to coach (presumably Ogeron). I talked to coach every day this week and he didn't mention them (the Amite kids) so I don't know if them guys are coming"
