im not. Im actually very open minded on this. I have been striving to prefect my own Lemon NEIPA and i am almost there. I aslo have a more flowery one that is better than bloom. Thats the thing with this style of beer, it is best to drink young. which is why no big brewery will ever produce one of these that will compare to small breweries.

Ghost hit it's peak 3-5 weeks out imo, I think that may be why it is drinking so good right now. Many bottles are dated a week or two before the released date

I really enjoyed Ghost this weekend. Drank a lot and thought most were really good except for 1 bottle that was super boozy and I had to drain pour.
Not sure what happened to that 1 bottle.
