America is the only industrialized nation that does not guarantee health care for all.....is that a major issue that should be addressed in the 2018 midterm elections non-stop from NJ to the hills of Oregon?

We can't afford it because our tax base is not big enough to support healthcare 320 million people.
We're too fat and unhealthy.
We're too big of a population and the demographics just does not work here.

The only thing wrong with out healthcare system is the burdensome regulation applied on health coverage by Obamacare.
