Rumor has it for the last Corvallis regional we had demand for well over 20,000 tickets, and that wasn't with LSU and your admittedly amazing fan base coming to town.

We've been sold out in Corvallis forever (granted it's only about 3,400 seats), but the demand is much greater than that for tickets.

If you guys come out in numbers that some of you are talking about, ticket prices on stub-hub could be record-breaking.

What sounds like too much to pay for tickets to a OSU-LSU showdown? $200? $400? $600?

Hopefully we actually play each other or that would be a huge disappointment.

You can watch LSU for $10. I don’t foresee anyone paying the prices you’re thinking. Not when we can watch it at the house for free.

That's not unreasonable.

Stanford OSU tickets were nearly $200.

Keep in mind that on stub hub those cheap $50-$100 tickets aren't actually in the stadium if they say outfield. You don't have access to any of the facilities at Goss.

Please elaborate more on this as I don’t want to purchase GA seats Thursday and not actually be in the stadium

This regional won’t be as huge as you think. The only people piping this showdown up are Beaver fans becuse of what happened last year after LSU emabrassed them in the CWS.

If we had $10 tickets and a large stadium we'd have huge crowds as well. When it's $200-$300 to take my family to a beaver game at Goss I start to think twice.

Our football program has been in the crapper for a decade so all of the fans migrated to baseball which has been amazing ever since our championships.

The outfield is all out of the stadium. They've been adding seats out there as demand has been increasing. I'm sure they'll add even more temporary bleachers for this regional.

You'll find a lot of SRO (standing room only) tickets online as well. Those are in the stadium I believe.

This could be. We might be over-hyping this here in Oregon. Our pile of salt from last year's Omaha exit to you guys is currently the largest mountain West of the Rockies.

If that’s the case, it makes zero sense to not add seating. Start by adding 1000 seats. If you continue to sell out, add 1000 more. If demand really is there, you can make even more money with a larger supply.

It should be a good regional. LSU and Oregon St are pretty evenly matched. I don’t follow y’alls record much becuse of the cupcakes y’all play all year long but y’all have had some good series wins with Stanford and UCLA

Expand your damn stadium btw. it's not unreasonable to think a school serious about baseball would at least have a 5000 seat stadium. shite LSU's softball stadium can fit 2500

Since they aren’t in the stadium, can you bring your own drinks and food?

Tickets sold out almost immediately and are on stub hub for $84 - $250 (for tickets inside the stadium). That's not too bad really.

Does anyone know how many Tiger fans made it to Corvallis?

I wish I could be there!

That's the attendance in Tiger Stadium after half-time of a non-conference game. (Only slightly more for an SEC game)

Yes yes yes, I'm thoroughly jaded as to what has become of LSU football. "Been There....Done That" since the early 70's and it's depressing as to the recent LSUAD sponsored "Corporatization" and declination of the atmosphere inside the Coliseum.
