How Trashy is This on The OT Scale?

Neighbors mowed their yard last evening. They let it get to damn high. I could hear the kid running the blower while the other was mowing. Thinking they were blowing the clippings back into their yard. Only to see they blew that shite 4ft into the street this morning while walking the dog. I think this is a solid 8 for Trashyness.

At least they finally cut it
But in a situation like that I'm taking a big push broom and getting it out of the street and into a pile somewhere

One thing I know is taking time to take a picture, upload it to a hosting site, and then post it on an anonymous forum is going to fix the perceived problem so you're off to a good start.
