Think plumber in a bottle will work?

Do you have a disposal?

Go buy a snake.
Or you should be able to unscrew the threaded pieces of your p-trap. Have a bucket nearby.

Double sided sink? Both sides clogged? U have a disposal?
I would start with bathroom toilet plunger, it's the easiest... sometimes it will loosen the clog just enough. If that doesn't work need more info.

Use a toilet plunger but don't go crazy with it.

Most sinks have drain fittings that you can take apart by hand. Take a picture of it so you know it goes back together, then take it apart and check for clogs.

Get your boyfriend to fix it

You've come to the right place, loads of snakes around this board!

If and when you get it unplugged, run hot water through it for at least 30mins, to make sure you completely wash out the clogging

Depending on the nature of the clog, a spreading adder may be more efficient.

Good advice. If the plunger doesn't bust up the clog you can try taking a part the drain underneath and clean it out.
If it's still stopped up past the point to where you can't reach I highly suggest calling a drain service company.
Some things in life are worth paying for, cleaning out a sewer drain is one of them.

Plunger
Slow drain- boiling water (be careful)
Complete clogged- put a bucket under the p trap, take it apart.
If the clog is in the wall, use the snake.
Don’t use a snake from the sink. It will tear apart the p trap before it snakes around.

I once used a plunger to unclog my kitchen sink...try that

If it's a double sink you need to block one side with a rag while you plunge the opposite or you won't clear the clog.

2 large gumbo pots of boiling water and a plunger got it moving again. Its beer:30. Time to light the pit
