I was able to run a snake through the clean out, but my shite wouldn't drain. The snake was just screwing itself through the clog. The stuff that heats up got rid of it. I'm guessing it was mainly grease and coffee grinds (mixed with the spaghetti my gf poured in there)

Grease in the sewer. That shite doesn't play. Throw in coffee grounds and other solids, we really have no reason to complain when utility situations go south. Flush it, it's gone is the usual mindset.
