Between 92 and 95% of abortions occur in the first trimester of pregnancy. That's 12 weeks. A 15-week limit isn't gonna do much at all especially because it is going to be declared unconstitutional in Federal court.

Until it’s not!
Separate but Equal was the law of the land for 60 years, and then POOF, Brown came along.
Roe is only 45. Keep pushing and POOF will happen.
And 5% of 653,000 (2014) is 32,650 lives saved.
In 2014 32,675 died in car accidents and we keep passing laws to decrease them.
In 2014 14,250 total murders were committed, of which 8,124 were firearms, and 248 were all rifles. Yet look at the time and effort spent trying to ban just one rifle the AR15!
Anyone who could eliminate all traffic deaths would be a hero, but saving the same number of unborn is just a waste of time.

Correct. It's in clear violation of Planned Parenthood v. Casey.
