I know it’s easy to say now, but I knew he was going to wind up being the best hitter on he team in his very 1st AB of the season. You could just tell by the way he even takes pitches that he’s legit. His stats probably won’t show it, but if he played in the gorilla ball era, he would probably wind up being a top 5 hitter in LSU history.

Where did you go last night after LSU took the lead?

You were posting criticisms of LSU players and coaches on almost every page of the game thread as long as 'bama was winning and as soon as LSU took the lead you went MIA.

And I bet you consider yourself an LSU baseball fan, don't you?

Now if we can only teach him how to run the bases.

I think Cabrera graduated from the Zach Watson School of Base Running.

We need about 3 more Daniel Cabrera’s for next year. That’s the type of talent you have to bring in to stay relevant

If Cabrera is this good now I can’t wait to see how good he will be as a Junior.

His swing is a thing of beauty.

I find it hilarious to watch Bain bat, looking like a 10 year old who is just learning how to hit, but still smashing and then have Cabrera come up next with a picture perfect swing. (That's not a knock on Bain either. He just has a goofy arse looking swing, but it works).

Stop. Seriously, stop spreading this. Dumbass Cain, the former pitcher turned third base flag boy, can be seen waving him in the entire way. The ball never got out of the infield. I'm thinking he thought when the infielder missed the play that it scooted in the Outfield. He jumped the gun

LOL, I remember a bunch of football fans earlier in the year talking about benching him. That shite drives me crazy. Remember when he sucked in the field and couldn't hit?

There are so many hypocrites with a desire to be right rather than letting the game unfold. LSU did to Bama what Ole Miss did to LSU in the eighth inning. I'll admit LSU looked dead in the water but Bama helped them along as they have crumbled all year.

Here is what I posted the other day:

Name one thing that you have seen in this team that would make you believe they can go on a run like that?!

1. Cabrera’s attitude. I like it. He is seeing the ball and that will pick this team up.

2. Broussard is gonna pick it up starting today.

3. Storz is coming back.

4. Josh Smith plays starting this next mid week game.

5. Bama sucks and we beat them into submission. Confidence boost.

6. Taking 2/3 at Auburn will go a long ways in the eyes of the committee along with beating Arkansas.

Belief in themselves.
