I’m extremely conservative, and I socialize with many conservatives (several of whom happen to be Hispanic).
None of us feel that way.
Are conservatives against illegal immigration? Absolutely.
But there are as many legal folks of Hispanic heritage living in my home state as there are those who aren’t.
They’re as much a part of our community—if not more so—as others.
