i mean, there's no igrediants in grilling, you just toss the meat on and wait. there is a art to a nicely puffed suflay

there is absolutely an art of grilling. their is seasoning maybe marinating etc... cooking temp and time etc...

On topic: I'm proficient at smoking (electric), grilling, and the traditional kitchen environment. I even prepared my wife's bridesmaid luncheon back in the day. I am better in the kitchen than the grill however.....
