Vertical for Marlon Taylor is more like 40" ... not 50!

It’s probably a max vert and not a standing vert. Blakeney has a 45” max vert and Sampson 43.5” going into their freshman year. It’s probably still too high, but he can definitely get up.

If he in fact has a 50" vertical jump we should offer him NOW . I understand you were just making a point with your quote , but you can't teach that. Put me on the offer list.(' :jump2:')

I saw him play love earlier this year. The 50” vertical isn’t exaggeration. I’ve seen a ton of super athletic kids, but I’ve never seen something like that. He can finish dunks looking down into the rim. I saw him pregame throw an alley oop to himself, catch it at his feet, and finish with a windmill looking into the rim. Highest vertical I’ve ever seen.

David Thompson must have had an 80 Inch Vertical.

Marlon Taylor visited LSU last weekend. Look for a commitment later this week.

Don’t toy with my emotions. I’ve been having serious basketball withdrawals.

Would be an awesome addition to either start at the 3 or contribute a lot there

Been hoping we add Taylor for a long while now. Hope it happens, seems like we are by far his best option.

I mentioned that we would get a top player in next few weeks . You beat me to it. Taylor will sign in next few weeks Obviously didn't want to say to much until done deal. Well pretty much a done deal from what I heard also .

Hearing that Samford graduate transfer 6-9 PF Wyatt Walker will not take an official visit to LSU. He has trimmed his final list to Wisconsin OK state and NC State.

I don’t blame him. If I only had one year left as a post, I wouldn’t come to LSU. He needs to go somewhere to be the guaranteed starter.

Where do you think he ends up? He is a bit hard to follow

I agree. I think if he comes here he may be off the bench player
