I remember the HS Coach of Allen Faneca, when we were recruiting Faneca.
He said, "Allen Faneca is the guy who defeats the Defensive Lineman, knocks the linebacker on his butt, then starts chasing those skinny Defensive backs down the field.

Everytime I see a picture of him I think "He just looks like a tubby, younger version of the Dad from Family Matters." Then I see clips of him playing and think he's an absolute animal.

We all know Kardell is truly a 5 star player. But since he has been talking up the other recruits he doesn't seem to be a 5 star anymore in the minds of the Bama recruiting specialist.
