Writing in the New Yorker, the author calls Chick-Fil-A's arrival in New York an "infiltration" and openly criticizes the company's Christian values:

I loved a news segment done on Chick-Fil-A in New York a couple of years ago.
The newscaster was doing his best to paint Chick-Fil-A as an evil hate filed corporation. The line for the new store wrapped around the store and to the end of the block.
The reporter came upon a flamboyant gay guy and criticized him for eating there. He didn't understand how a gay person could eat there. Dude was like, chicken is so damn good it is worth it.

Liberals have no fricking idea what words even mean anymore.
Pervasive? I'm as atheist as they come. I can't recall EVER walking in to a Chic Fil A and detecting anything religious.
If I didn't know it's founder was very religious, nothing about the store would tell me so.
