Yes and do you know how the equipment has led to decrease in scoring? Better conditions of courses?

Again I’m saying as totality of career Jack is better but at peak Tiger was better

I guess you can’t understand my points.

Charles, Nagle, Lema, Player and many of best non Americans couldn’t play Ryder Cup. You know they weren’t European?

All those guys are major winners

Actually Lema was American, my fault there, but no he was killed in an airplane crash. He won British then top 15 in others But nice try to discredit him

Bob Charles won Open 2nd in PGA and US open twice. Again nice try. Oh yeah he beat Arnie Player and 5 other past champions for that title. Good job but you missed again. In case you didn’t know Charles is in World Golf HOF

I can’t help you if you think it was easier for tiger to get a top 5 in a major. Ludicrous.

I can’t help you if you’re trapped in the moment and refuse to understand all things.

You give Nicklaus or Player or Trevino same equipment Tiger had in his prime what do they do? Give Tiger their equipment in their primes what do they do? Also course conditions.

There’s no way to equivally state whose better. Just opinions. But you can’t just be so close minded and say X is better when not all things are the same.

You do realize that inferior equipment would help tiger, right? Equipment today is a lot more forgiving. Players that mishit a shot get away with it more so than players years ago. If everyone was playing the old equipment, tiger would have won more.

What did you just type? So mishits are more forgiving now. That means two things. Players in the past had to be more precise with their ball striking and Tiger also benefits from today’s more forgiving equipment. Jeesh.

Jack beat Tiger during Tiger’s prime at the Masters. (1998) I don’t want to hear what Jack couldn’t of done in this era.

everyone tiger plays against uses the same equipment he does and everyone jack played against used the same equipment he did. the equipment argument is stupid.

Less forgiving equipment puts a bigger premium on ball striking meaning Good ball strikers have a big advantage.

With more forgiving equipment, ball striking is deficiencies are less of an issue. This decreases the advantage great ball strikers have.

It’s not that difficult of a concept.

Do people know that Tiger is 3rd in European victories?(40)

Do people know what that means?

Think of the best European golfers of the past 30 years.

Tiger shits on them. Oh and he also has 14 majors 18 WGCs(18, second is 5) and 79 wins.

He's the best golfer who has ever lived.

Jack is basically the UCONN of men's golf.

Tiger from 2000-2002 would smoke anybody that has ever picked up a golf club.

Same can be said about Tiger from 2005-2009

If injury and self-inflicted personal matters didn’t derail his career, Tiger would’ve crushed all of Jack’s records (minus the 2nd place finishes) years ago.

At one point, Tiger was winning 30% of his starts while only competing in the toughest events

Went YEARS without missing a cut

I believe he’s got the 3rd most wins on the Euro tour, a tour he never played full-time

Bottom line is, you can’t judge “best” by major wins. That would mean Robert Horry was a better player than Kobe. You have to use your eyes...and even Jack knows that peak Tiger is the best there has ever been.

Tiger dominated his age groups while using persimmon clubs and balata balls.

The new technology helped the rest of the players close the gap.

Tiger was one of the last really good players to embrace the newest technology. If he had his way, we would still be using what was used in the 70’s and 80’s, and probably have been even more dominant.
