25, healthy. Sharp pain that starts below left ribs and goes down. It hurt so bad that I couldn’t sleep and shivered all through the night. Feels better when I stay completely still. Pain is more tolerable today, but it still hurts like a mfr.
Looking up symptoms, seems like diverticulosis or diverticulitis. I’m way too young and my family has 0 history of gastro problems though. I recently changed my diet to lots of chicken, egg whites, and fish. Do I need to up my fiber? I did a hard ab workout 2 days ago, but this doesn’t feel muscular.
I seriously thought I would pass away lmao, I was gripping my phone ready to go to the hospital. I’ll prob jump out my window head-first if the pain flares up like that again
I gots da AIDS

Might be a cyst on your ovaries that ruptured.

The first step is admitting it.

The hospital is where you should go, and ask a doctor, not the OT.

I've had something similar for the last two days. My non-MD assessment is that I had a "stomach bug" that was going through my family. Each of us had similar symptoms over the last 10 days.

never had kidney stones so i'm not sure where the pain is for that. But, i have heard it compares to giving birth.
ETA: Severe pain in the side and back, below the ribs
Pain that radiates to the lower abdomen and groin
Pain that comes in waves and fluctuates in intensity

Coming to the OT to treat it is definitely a bold move.

prob not diverticulitis- you are kind of young.
ulcer vs kidney stone vs pancreatitis?
booze much?
go see doc this am if not resolved- its Friday, don't wait until late this afternoon

No impact or trauma to that area that I can remember. I considered this, but disregarded it. Would the pain reduce so quickly?

Get your GP to check you for gallstones.
