I think it is a bad look for the FBI to be stonewalling here. What is there to hide? What could possibly be a reason for not letting the american people know the facts here?

Devin Nunes already ended up with an ethics investigation (which was mysteriously dropped without resolution) for doing the bidding of the White House.

He's supposed to be recused and yet has been anything but. The FBI does not want to give him any intelligence because they know it will immediately give Trump, via Nunes, full access to a good bit of the SC's case.

Nunes won't file without the approval of Paul Ryan. I seriously doubt Paul Ryan wants to put his caucus on the record voting to fire an FBI director and DAG of DOJ in the midst of an investigation of the President. Not to mention, these contempt charges and accompanying impeachment will NEVER pass the Senate.

I don't want impeachment or contempt. I just want the fbi to be transparent and open. I think the Amerian people deserve to know all the facts about the investigation, including all the bad stuff found on trump during this investigation.

I hate to play party cards here but why is it conflict of interests only holds true for Republicans?

Which is problematic for Honest Bob in that it will show Trump that he has no case.

What is in the SCs case they want hidden from Trump? Prosecutors aren't usually in the practice of hiding their evidence. Though Mueller does seem to have a shady history.

Hey stupid, the law doesn't allow the FBI to EVER decide that they don't want to give information to the oversight committee. NOT EVER. They are violating the law, regardless of their reasoning.
