That is how the DOJ has been operating for decades now.

Congress has the power to make the necessary changes in statutes, regulations, and so forth. But they wil never do it.

This isn’t new. We are all breaking various laws on a daily basis. Most we just don’t know about. Certainly as you gain wealth the stakes become much greater but we are always at the mercy of the justice system. Sure we might fight bs charges and great costs but it’s not like the justice system itself will ever be punished. It just keeps going along arbitrarily enforcing the laws.

Well Al Capone went to prison for tax evasion not violating the Volstead Act. They don’t care what charge they get someone on but just getting them on something. Big reason we have more people incarcerated than any other country, we are simply over policed.

I'm as conservative as it gets, but it's more apparent to me in my entire life that our justice system works against us, not for us. It has all spun out of control.

The only answer to me is to bring it all to the bottom the fastest way possible, and I've concluded that means voting straight Democrat. Sorry, Sen. Cruz, it's not personal, just business.

A better question might be why the hell is the Trump crowd so corrupt and lawless.

Well Charlie was an undercover agent working for the FBI, and he was sent down here to infiltrate the Koo Klux Klan.

Charlie is not exactly a brilliant mind so he just keep playing his fiddle.

The scope of the special counsel includes the statement "and any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation". Hey, it's just like Lewinsky had nothing to do with Whitewater.

Any evidence of any other wrongdoing is game if found during the investigation.

Keep screaming but don't worry, your boy is safe. Mitch and Paul have his back.

What is more disturbing is that they can investigate "subjects" and "targets", without ever identifying a specific instance of a crime they may have committed. This is the very definition of a police state. Just randomly naming a made up crime like "collusion" or a real but undefined crime like "obstruction of justice" doesn't count. Tell me a specific instance of when such a crime took place, then investigate it.
