Anyone take anything besides Aleve, Motrin, etc. to help w/ inflammation? I got a friend trying to sell me on Zija.

Curcumin, take it warm with fat and a pinch of black pepper for best bioavailability. It is legit. Fish oil as well.

I take Curcumin with 10mg black pepper extract, krill oil and drink apple cider vinegar daily.

as important as all that is to cut back on or eliminate sugar

Turmeric, fish and flaxseed oil, and glucosamine/chondroitin,/MSM are great. If you are having joint pain get off of all artificial sweeteners, stevia the exception. Totally made my hand and shoulder pain all go away.

Btw, keep your fish oil consumption low as too much isn't good for the prostate.

Get some ginger root....boil some water and add a couple slices. Add a little honey and/or lemon juice ...pretty banging tea that helps inflammation...good for post training.
