With our schedule I believe experts would pick us around 8-4. That or better gets him another year.
Personally, I'm tired of the coaching carousel and would like some consistancy and see where that would lead.

Sure why not?
It would be fun to just be Arky or Kentucky for a while.

No, and the only reason I would not be calling for his head after this season is because of how brutal it is. We fired CLM for 9-3 and 10-2 seasons (it was the right decision).

Depends on how that recruiting class shapes out. If we go 8-4 with that schedule, lock down the state, and reel in a couple more studs elsewhere, then you know he'll be back. Unless we start out 8-0 and drop the last 4. Regardless, you know Alleva will try and retain him in order to save face and hang on to his shite hire. Personally, I'd drop them both.

This board is so incredibly stupid. It just even isn't worth reading.

You FN people. Miles did not get fired for going 10-2 and 9-3. Miles got fired because for YEARS he was asked to make changes to the offense. Every year he said he would and didn't. It became a situation where everyone was frustrated and just couldn't take it anymore. It had NOTHING to do with his records or his character or anything. I mean how stupid are you??

Insert O. And you dummies think he can just tap a wand and poooof, a QB arises out of the shadows and our offense turns into an unstoppable machine.

What you dummies fail to realize is that there is a lot of negativity out there and a negative culture surrounding our offense and it tremendously affects the recruitment of QB's. That cannot be turned around overnight.

Until LSU can recruit 1-2 top QB's EVERY SINGLE year, we won't climb to the top. If O doesn't get a big name this year, then I will join the savages in calling for him to be gone.

This year, new RB's, new QB, insane schedule, 8-4 would be a miracle. Holding on to HOPE that we will be better is just dumb! Accept it.

Right, because LSU has been a revolving door at HC since 2001.

Miles went 9-3 and 10-2 because his offense was abyssal. They are a result of each other, so you are the idiot.

If he scored 55 points a game and still lost because of the defense, it is the same thing.

bullshite.

if we win against auburn and wisky, miles isnt fired.
its laughable that some of you have convinced yourself that MILES was fired because of the offense and not wins and losses.
if our offense gained 200 yards per game but we won every game, miles is still lsu's coach.

no he didn't. thats just bullshite rant myth

youre the dumb one. if we go 11-2 in 2016 with the worst offense in cfb, MILES IS STILL THE COACH.

This," miles was fired because of the offense and not wins and losses" is some ignorant bullshite you O sycophants have conjured up to make excuses for losing 4 games.

ed orgeron has never in his life had a top 10 class for his own program.

miles was fired for losses. anyone that says otherwise doesnt understand football.

yeah because our head coach is a horrible coach. numerous coaches and numerous proven coordinators could take this roster and win more than 8 games. my god the goalpost moving

because O sycophants like you have made up bullshite stances like miles getting fired for anything other than wins and losses. the fact that you think miles wouldve been fired had we beaten wisky and auburn is laughable.

exactly.
if miles went 11-2 every year with 118th ranked offense, he is still lsu's head coach.

they just made this stance up to justify O not winning 10 games.
its pathetic

Back in the day before The Rant and crazy people a 9-4 Record would have got you an Extension and Payraise. Now since Saban and Miles won NC's everyone wants to win one every year and its not going to happen.

You mean LSU has become a near premier program that should go into seasons with high expectations and hire people who are trusted to execute to those expectations?

Success sucks so much.

You talk a lot of shite and you have no fricking clue. Link to where Les said he was changing the offense every year.

He didn't.

The one coach that has feed us constant bullshite and lies, is the current head coach. He said we were going to win championships and win fast. so if he doesn't live up to that promise, he should be terminated, since that is your reasoning why the last guy was.

Yupppp! NO doubt.

Tough schedule with not a lot of experience at QB.

We are trending up - give it time.
