Like I said... I wasn't there and didn't take part in the trial so I don't know all of the details. What I do know is McKnight could have kept driving, driven to a police station, and by all means in NOLA never gotten out of his vehicle!!

I can almost garrantee that he'd still be alive today if he'd stayed in his vehicle.
Thats true

Still has nothing to do with Gasser being guilty of manslaughter.

I never have

I can 100% totally guarantee he'd still be alive today had Gasser not shot him

I've never been close to following someone then shooting them.

The few details you know are very wrong though. So your opinions are not on the actual facts.

He did nothing to justify Glasser's use of force so this is a moot point. He'd also be alive if Glasser didn't decide to chase him or didn't decide to shoot him.

So what are you saying? The shooting was in response of McKnight boxing him in and approaching his car in an aggressive matter.. After McKnight cut him off and Gasser followed him in and out of traffic for several miles? You use too many "him's" that it is hard to understand.

Do you think the shooting was justifiable?

He decided to get out of his car, and press the issue!!! Gasser was an idiot looking for a reason. In this day and time you need to take that into account. There were and would have been tons of other options rather ten get out of you vehicle and confront someone in NOLA!!!

He'd also be alive if he'd left 30sec later and never been near Gasser. End of the day, I'm not trying to say what gasser did was right. All I'm trying to say is both were wrong, and I've seen people get lesser charges for much worse.

One took it too far and the other is dead. So one was far more wrong than the other.

That means next to nothing in this case though. I don't think Gasser wants to switch places.

So tragically unnecessary. Just a damn shame what happened here and how on edge people in this culture are . Just relax people - you don’t have to “ win” in traffic. Just drive your car and live and let live.

Yeah it's not hard to follow, even with all the hims.

There's no way in the world that this killing is anywhere close to justifiable.

you cant determine which him is who?

"shooting him"-i think its pretty obvious that him is the guy that got shot and killed

Well I apologize for making sure I understood what you were saying. Next time, I will just assume who each "him" is.

I suspect TH03 is either a troll, attorney, or took it up the arse in hs from McKnight.

Both could, and should have handled it better. Trying to pull a gravy and push McKnight as a savior and totally innocent is a joke. End of the day, if he stays in his car, he is still probably alive today.

And at the end of the day McKnight was dead, so Gasser went to trial

And at the end of the day, if Gasser doesn't kill him he is more than just "probably alive"
